The Stock Exchange of Thailand's main index was up 3.57 points or 0.23% to close at 1,573.19 points today. Total trading value was 36.84 billion baht with 6.64 billion shares changing hands. The SET50 index ended at 1,001.85 points, up 2.58 points or 0.26%, in trade worth 21.27 billion baht. The MAI index went up 5.36 points or 1.01% to close at 537.73 points with total transaction value of 1.67 billion baht. Brokers, foreign investors and retail investors were net sellers of 408 million baht, 678 million baht, and 793 million baht respectively.
